Digestive Health & Gut-Related Issues

6-Session Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy Programme – £450

Does stress affect your stomach? Do digestive symptoms leave you feeling uncomfortable, anxious or frustrated?

Our digestive system and our emotional wellbeing are closely connected through what's known as the gut–brain connection.

Stress, anxiety and worry can influence digestive symptoms, while ongoing digestive discomfort can create further anxiety, affecting your confidence, daily activities and quality of life.

At Calm Mind, I offer a personalised six-session Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy programme designed to help you understand the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and digestive wellbeing.

Using evidence-informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques alongside relaxation, guided imagery and gut-directed hypnosis where appropriate and within my training, we'll explore how stress and unhelpful patterns of thinking may contribute to your experience of digestive discomfort.

Your six-session programme includes:

  • Six individual 55-minute therapy sessions

  • An initial assessment of your concerns, stress levels and goals

  • Understanding the gut–brain connection

  • Identifying stress triggers and unhelpful thinking patterns

  • CBT techniques to manage worry and symptom-related anxiety

  • Relaxation, guided imagery and hypnosis where appropriate

  • Practical strategies and exercises to support progress between sessions

  • Regular reviews of your progress and wellbeing

Programme investment: £450

The full programme fee is payable upfront. Your six appointments will then be arranged directly with Calm Mind at mutually convenient times, with no additional session charges.
